Diving Belle is a half human, half sea monster lady. She first appeared in "You're Everybody's Sidekick".
Physical Appearance
Diving Belle has lime green scales with green fins on her arms and legs. She has a grey and blue scuba diving helmet, blue flippers, and a black swimsuit on. Her visible facial features are limited, but her nose is about the same shade of green as her fins.
Abilities & Powers
She has the ability to emit a torrent of water bubbles from her mouth as an attack.
History
"You're Everybody's Sidekick"
She was waiting for Enid to open the register stand until Enid decided she does not want to open the lane.

She sees the Action News team covering K.O.'s story of how he is level 100.

In the future, she waits in line to get her book an autograph from Peej.

She watches the annual Plazalympics event.

She is excited to meet Elodie in the plaza. Later on, she watches Enid and Elodie battling each other.
