He is a pink dog humanoid. His ears are down instead of upwards like Barista Pup's and Pup Boy's. He has little blue eyes, a black mustache, and white gloves. He wears a light blue dress shirt with a dark blue tie, black pants, and white shoes.

"No More Pow Cards"

He informs Mr. Cardsley that the Pow Card Industries does not have enough room to store the Technos due to the purchasing of Pow Cards featuring the Kappas. He is surrounded by the flood of Technos.
