Toon Zelda is a trepresentation of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker art style in The Legend of Zelda games. She has appeared in three games: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Minish Cap, and Spirit Tracks. She appears in her first playable appearance in Hyrule Warriors Legends' Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks DLC.

This specific title is derived from a cancelled character design in parallel with Toon Link, who was scrapped out of Super Smash Bros. Brawl for unknown reasons. Nothing much is known about this character except that Toon Zelda will be able to transform into Toon Sheik, another cancelled character who was scrapped out of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Toon Zelda possibly would have acted in the same manner as Zelda would.
