A Container (コンテナ Kontena) is any receptacle for holding an object used in storage, packaging, and transportation. The term is most frequently applied to devices made from materials that are durable and are often partly or completely rigid. Containers appeared in several games from the Mega Man franchise.

Mega Man series
The destructible blocks from Mega Man Powered Up are named Break Containers.
Mega Man X series
In Mega Man X3, containers appear in Blast Hornet's stage and Gravity Beetle's stage. Some of the containers in Blast Hornet's stage can be destroyed with Tornado Fang and the Ride Armor Chimera. The containers in Gravity Beetle's stage disappear after completing Blast Hornet's stage.
In Mega Man X4, Slash Beast's stage has destructible supply boxes in two colors, one that can be destroyed by any attack, and one that can only be destroyed by the Ride Armor Raiden. Those cargo crates also appear in Mega Man X DiVE, both in the Military Train and in "Severing supply line", a stage dedicated to destroying as many of them as possible before reaching the goal within a time limit.
In Mega Man X8, Bamboo Pandamonium's stage and Burn Rooster's stage have containers in two versions, explosive and metallic. Explosive containers detonate shortly after being touched or when attacked. Metallic containers can only be broken with a Ride Armor or by the explosion from an explosive containers.
In Mega Man X: Command Mission, some of Ulfat Factory's rooms are filled with boxes, being like small mazes.
Mega Man Zero series
In Mega Man Zero 2, Zero needs to prevent the Carryarms from taking containers with cargo during the Rob Goods mission, and there are also some containers inside the Simurgh B.
In Mega Man Zero 3, containers are commonly found in most areas, and may contain Secret Disks or items, which replace the Item Boxes in the previous game. One of Zero's missions is to retrieve the contents from a container in the Snowy Plains, and Tretista Kelverian can throw containers in one of his attacks.
In Mega Man Zero 4, There are some containers containing Burst Bombs on the Caravan in the Wilderness at the beginning of the game.
Mega Man ZX series
In Mega Man ZX, Area L has large containers that can be destroyed by the player.
In Mega Man ZX Advent, the Hunter's Guild was transporting Model A inside a container in a Train. The game also has some containers that can be carried by Queenbee.
Mega Man Legends series
In the first Mega Man Legends game, objects resembling containers can be found in the Ocean Tower and Underground Ruins. They have low durability and release small Refractors and Energy Cubes when destroyed. A few containers also contain Mirumijees.
In The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, heavy containers can be found in Teche Harbor and Primiki Harbor. The Gustaff Tank can carry containers around a set distance depending on their weight. Gustaff Tank can move 10 spaces while carrying containers with goods and any number of spaces with wooden containers before they need to be dropped. Gustaff Tank cannot move with steel containers, only turn to change their position.
One of the minigames from Rockman DASH Zhěngjiù Dìqiú Dà Màoxiǎn is Sokoban, having wooden crates.
