Fleuve (フルーブ Furūbu) is a character in Mega Man ZX. He is the head scientist of the Guardians, and maintains the player's Database and Biometals over the course of the game.
History
Mega Man ZX
Fleuve meets Vent/Aile after they first Megamerge with Model X and use it to save Prairie from Giga Aspis. He is impressed, and shocked when they choose to endanger the Biometal by using it to search for Girouette. He briefs them about transervers and the protocol for joining the Guardians.
Once Vent/Aile joins the Guardians, Fleuve can repair the damaged Biometals they acquire from defeating Pseudoroids. Fleuve is also the one they speak to in order to make the Mysterious Rock into the usable Model O.

Rockman ZX Soundsketch - ZX GIGAMIX
Fleuve appears in the drama track "Soundsketch _ Help Fleuve!" where he is at first asked by Vent to repair his biometals before Sardine asks for help to fix their toy and soon Fleuve continues getting requests from the other guardians and becomes overwhelmed as a result.
Fleuve also appears in the drama track "ZXportrait _ Girls Bravo", where he and Aile take Prairie shopping in the city in order to keep her mind off Model W. However, this proves futile.

- Fleuve's name means "river" in French.
- Fleuve bears a slight resemblance to Perroquiet from the Mega Man Zero series, leading to theories that they are the same individual, similar to theories about Prairie being Alouette.
