Blu D (ブル・D) is a water Reploid boss from Rockman Xover that appears in World 12 and the Battle Tower. He is a member of The Four Heavenly Kings, led by Nero L. He was created by Dr. Bianco along with his colleagues.[2] He wields a trident and has a large size.

Etymology
- "Blu" means blue in Italian.
Trivia
- Blu D's designer, Keisuke Mizuno, claims that the bearded face on his torso is his real face, while the helmet on top is a fake. This face and his trident were inspired by the Greek god of the sea Poseidon.[1]
- The members of The Four Heavenly Kings may be based on the Four Symbols in Chinese mythology, Blu D represents the tortoise of the north.
