King Sammer is the ruler of the Sammer Kingdom. He only appears in Super Paper Mario.

Biography

King Sammer controlled legions of Sammer Guys who are sworn to protect him. When Mario enters the Sammer Kingdom, King Sammer initiates a challenge to Mario forcing him to face his one hundred Sammer Guys before the King handed over the Pure Heart. Mario accepts the challenge.

Mimi put King Sammer in slumber. At the 26th gate, Mimi impersonated King Sammer, who fought Mario and co. Not long after this fight, The Void destroys King Sammer and his Kingdom. After returning to the world after its destruction, Mario retrieves the Pure Heart after a fight with Mr. L.

After all worlds are saved, Mario can take on the challenge again. Once all the 100 Sammer Guys are defeated, King Sammer will congratulates tone of the Four Heroes of Light and granted the Catch Cards.

In Super Paper Mario

After all worlds are saved, the player can take on the challenge again. Once all the 100 Sammer Guys are defeated, King Sammer will congratulate the player and reward him with a few Catch Cards with characters from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
