Daesung (대성; known as D-LITE in Japan) is a South Korean singer under D-LABLE. He is a member of the boy group BIGBANG.

He made his solo debut on June 16, 2008 with the digital single "Look At Me, Gwisun".

Personal life

Military service

He enlisted for his military service on March 13, 2018^[4] and, along with fellow groupmate Taeyang, he was discharged on November 9, 2019.^[5]
