BamBam (Hangul: 뱀뱀; Thai: แบมแบม) is a Thai singer-songwriter, composer and rapper. He is a member of the boy group GOT7.
He made his solo debut on June 15, 2021 with his first mini album Ribbon.
Career
Pre-debut
BamBam was a trainee under JYP Entertainment for three and a half years. Before debuting, he appeared on WIN: Who Is Next along with Jackson, Yugyeom and Mark.[2]
2014: GOT7

2017: "You Are" lyric video, clothing line
BamBam produced the lyric video for "You Are", the title track of GOT7's mini album 7 for 7. The video was released on October 14, 2017, a few days after the official MV.[3]
In December, in collaboration with Represent, he launched a clothing line titled "DoubleB". The sale was open for two weeks only. Afterwards, all the profits were donated to Water.org, an organization aiming to provide access to safe drinking water.[4]
2018: "My Year 2018"
He released, in September 2018, a video called "My Year 2018" that he directed, edited and co-filmed. It was a gift for the fans and the members of GOT7, expressing his gratefulness to them. The video shows beautiful cinematography as well as moments of the group as they travelled around the world.[5]
2019: Fan meeting tour, UNICEF, "Feel It, See It"
In March 2019, BamBam went on his first fan meeting tour, holding seven fan meetings in five cities in Thailand. The tour was titled "Black Feather". He was originally supposed to hold only two fan meetings in Bangkok, on March 1st and March 2nd, "but following the hot demand for tickets"[6], a third fan meeting was added. The third day quickly sold out as well.[6]
Later in the year, he "became the spokesman for UNICEF Thailand’s child protection campaign"[4] and he donated, in September, 100,000 baht to help children affected by the flood happening in the province Ubon Ratchathani.[4]
He released, on September 23, a new video that was fully directed, edited and filmed by him.[7] Titled "Feel It, See It", it's a touching video showcasing his video making skills and featuring shots of nature and of the members of GOT7.[8][9]
2020: UNICEF, AIS 5G
BamBam participated to the "Blue Carpet Show for UNICEF" in January 2020. The variety show aims to raise awareness and harness public support for children in need both in Thailand and around the world.[10]
He also became the main model of the 5G campaign of the largest telecommunication company in Thailand, AIS.[11]

On January 10, 2021, it was reported by Dispatch that all GOT7 members would be leaving JYP Entertainment after 7 years of contract, with the 35th Golden Disc Awards being their last activity as a group.[12] On January 11, JYP Entertainment officially announced that the members will be leaving the agency as their contract expires on January 19.[13]
It was announced on March 5, with a video on BamBam's newly opened YouTube channel as well as posts on the company's social media accounts and website, that BamBam had signed with ABYSS Company.[14]
On May 24, the first teaser for his upcoming solo debut, announced for June 15, was released.[15] A day later, the release was revealed to be a mini album titled Ribbon.[16]
On December 14, it was announced that he will release the pre-single "Who Are You" on December 28.[17]
