GOT7 is the first EP by GOT7. It was released on May 23, 2022 with "Nanana" serving as the album's title track.
Background
On April 22, JoyNews24 reported that GOT7 would be making a full-group comeback this May and were in the final stage of preparations, with music production being almost done.[1] On May 6, they opened new SNS accounts, and it was revealed that GOT7 have signed with Warner Music Korea.[2] Three days later, on May 9, a teaser was revealed for their new self-titled EP, GOT7, set to be released on May 23.[3]
Commercial performance
GOT7 hit Number 1 on the iTunes Top Albums charts in 83 different regions while the title track "Nanana" reached Number 1 on the iTunes Top Songs charts in 57 different regions.[4]
According to Warner Music Korea, the album sold over 371,500 copies in the first week of its release from May 23 to 29, breaking their previous first-week sales record.[5]
