Numbuh 168^[1] is a 2x4 Technology Officer and a Sector Leader of Sector C.

History

He first appeared eating lunch with Numbuh 888 in Operation: C.O.U.C.H., when Sector V abruptly crashed into their treehouse because Numbuh 4 claimed Sector C sent out a distress call. Not understanding English, they assumed Sector V needed to use the bathroom and pointed them in that direction; which Sector V took to be where the attack was taking place. Sector V did end up saving Numbuh 3 and 4 from Dust Bunnies, which went unnoticed by Numbuh 168 and 888.

He attended the "Kids Next Door Senior Command Super Relaxing Retreat and Ice Cream Social" in Operation: H.O.L.I.D.A.Y., being the only Chinese operative there.

In Operation: I.T., he was sitting in the crowd at the Kids Next Door Super Convention Center while Father was making his speech after being made Supreme Leader. He was briefly seen in Operation: Z.E.R.O. up on Moonbase when Numbuh 1 received a task by Numbuh 86, and later fought against Senior Citi-zombies. He was presumably turned into one himself later on.

In Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E., Numbuh 168 came to the Kids Next Door 2x4 Technology Convention representing Sector C, along with two fellow operatives. He presented his "Smoku Tarts", which went over well with the judges; Numbuh 2x4 even asked to be sent one later on.

In Operation: C.H.I.N.A., he and Numbuh 888 were walking with Sector V on the Great Wall of China and briefing them on the mission to empty the Wall of tourists. When the Chinese army stepped in to stop the kids, he returned as part of Numbuh 518's forces before the Chinese 2x4 Technology Officers finished their work, flooded the Great Wall and created the world longest water slide.

Trivia

• The number 168 is considered lucky in China.
• In Operation: C.O.U.C.H., he and Numbuh 888 speak Mandarin, complete with English subtitles. In future appearances, he speaks English for convenience.
  • Possibly because of this, they got a Chinese actress, Kim Mai Guest, to play him in this episode.
  • In his only other speaking role, he is voiced by Ben Diskin
• The woman who appears in the Smoku Tart commercial is likely his mother.
