The Caped Operatives are a group of nine Kids Next Door Operatives that adorn red capes. In Operation: A.R.C.H.I.V.E., they served as the Supreme Court for Earth while it was ruled by kids. Two of these operatives served as guards, surrounding the accused during the trial.
Starting from Operation: C.A.N.Y.O.N.. they appear exclusively as background operatives, similar to other characters seen in the episode.
