The Decommissioning Agents are a group of 8 operatives (only 6 in the show) who work with Numbuh 86 to decommission and capture any necessary 13-year-old operatives who try to escape from decommissioning.
History
Their first made their debut in Operation: E.N.D., where they and Numbuh 86 were sent out to decommission Numbuh 1 and Sector V. While Numbuh 1 was able to fight them off and escape them, they were able to capture the rest of Sector V, who were sent to Moonbase for their decommissioning. After Numbuh 1 and Tommy helped the rest of Sector V escape, they cornered them in Numbuh 274's office. They unsurprisingly felt betrayed when they learned of Numbuh 274's betrayal. The whole squad panicked when Numbuh 274 launched Moonbase towards the Sun and were overjoyed when Sector V stopped his plans, so much so that one of them hugged Numbuh 86, who promptly pushed him aside. They later captured him and would've decommissioned him had he not escaped due to Cree landing on the Moonbase and escaping with him.
In Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S., all of the Decom Agents (barring 1086 and 686) were at the CND Graduation Afterparty. Right after the ceremony, Numbuh 88 reported of Father's new Animalization Ray to Moonbase, prompting Numbuh 362 to call all operatives to their battle stations, to which they were seen getting ready for battle. All but one of them were able to escape the first Animalization Attack. As such, they were present at Numbuh 362's meeting and was part of the second attack against Father. They quickly fell victim to the animalization ray due to the Birthday Suits not working properly. They all returned to normal after Tommy defeated Father and destroyed the Animalization Ray.
Two decommissioning operatives were playing Whizbee on Moonbase, and ended up hitting Numbuh 362 with their Whizbee. They end up moving to the Whizbee deck. However, they misthrow their Whizbee again, which hits Numbuh 362 again. This ends up being the breaking point for her, and she orders every KND operative to meet in the KND Convention Center for a super-secret meeting at 0500 (5 o'clock), where she announces a game a tag. They were presumably able to avoid being tagged during the game.
When Father is elected the new Supreme Leader, Numbuh 86 calls them to decommission Father as he is much too old to be a KND operative, but are forced to stand down when Father makes up a rule so that he can stay Supreme Leader, much to their dismay. (Note how the same Decom Agents are also shown in the crowd and on the field at the same time). When Numbuh 362 becomes Supreme Leader two weeks after she forced Father to tag her back, the same decom agent ends up hitting her with a Whizbee again. This time, she throws the Whizbee back to him, as they all cheer.
