Numbuh 420 is an operative in Kids Next Door.
In the crossover episode The Lost Cases of the Tree House, he attended a meeting of all operatives on the Kids Next Door Moonbase. Sector V had just captured P.I.N.H.A.T.A. and was unable to find any villain it could belong to. Numbuh 420 was visibly surprised when Dr Flug appeared on the great monitor and spoke to them.
