“Minami Who?”, also known as “KangJang (강장)” (Kang Hyewon, Jang Wonyoung), is the friendship pairing of Hyewon and Wonyoung.

Name Explained
During Produce 48, Hyewon was close with Minami Sato, an AKB48 member, to the point that Hyewon became a motherly figure to her.
However, since Minami was eliminated on the same night where Hyewon's ranking shot up from 25th (the final spot before elimination) to 3rd, she became the motherly figure to the next youngest person she met: Wonyoung. Hyewon also didn't have to worry about Wonyoung because she is Korean, so it would be easier to meet had either of them were eliminated. Fortunately, they became members of IZ*ONE.
