“EunSaku (은사쿠)” (EunBi, Sakura) is the friendship pairing of Eunbi and Sakura.
General Information
On Produce48 Ep. 01, Sakura was complimented by Eunbi on how pretty she was. It was one of the first ever recorded interactions the two shared.
Before IZ*ONE debut on a VLIVE, Sakura confessed her feelings for Eunbi, with the following sentence "unnie, jinjja nice body".
On 올레 tv 모바일, Sakura picked Eunbi as the member she'd watch a horror movie with. When asked why did she pick Eunbi, she pointed her feelings out then said, "I wanna go on a date, just you and me." At the time Sakura couldn't speak Korean well and deliver her sincere feelings, so Wonyoung helped translate her confession while Yuri clapped for the two to get closer.
On IZ*ONE CHU Season 2, Sakura gets a gift from her secret friend, which is a video game she always wanted "Detroit: Become Human". When she was reading the letter that came with the gift, the sender's signature was "Lifelong secret friend, Kwon". But at the time Sakura wasn't fluent in Korean so she didn't know what Kwon meant. It was later revealed by Yujin that Kwon in that letter meant coupon, which reads "Eternal Secret Friend Ticket". Of course, it was a trick done by Eunbi which everyone fell for.
After everyone's secret friend was revealed, Eunbi's proper letter for Sakura reads "Kkura-ya, thank you for working hard even through our tough schedules. Always stay healthy, and don't get sick. Also you know unnie loves you very much, right? I hope you can lean on me for support more when you get tired or exhausted, lean on me. I love you, Kkura-ya~"
Eunbi was Sakura's mystery secret friend, while Hyewon was Eunbi's secret friend, which makes KangBi a rival.
To give another example on why KangBi is listed under the "Rivals" category, on IZ*ONE CHU 181029 EP.5, it shows a simple day-to-day life in office as the three of them (Eunbi, Sakura and Hyewon) play the roles of new secretaries in a love-triangle relationship, further referencing to the film "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim".
