Ishtaria is a location introduced in tha animated film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom.
Overview
Ishtaria is the capital city of the Kingdom of Foundation.
History
The members of Compass visit Ishtaria in order to negotiate with Foundation. It is the central base of command during the joint operation between Foundation, Compass and the Eurasian Federation to root out the Blue Cosmos remnants headquarters in Eldore. During the operation, Liu Shenqiang hijacks nuclear weapons from the Eurasian Federation and targets the capital city, giving Aura Maha Khyber and Orphee Tam Lao an excuse to evacuate Lacus Clyne to Artemis and attack the Eurasian Federation. The city is totally wiped out.[1]
