In 1986, Sonny Forelli and a couple of his associates are sitting inside Marco's Bistro, discussing how to best deal with the release of Tommy Vercetti after 15 years inside.

In the background, a meat freezer similar to that of the Sindacco Abattoir can be seen, with large carcasses waiting to be cut and the corpse of the man hanging from one of the racks.
