Hammond, along with his fellow gang members, is planning to rob a bank in Vice City, and prior to the event he is with Franco Carter in a Bobcat opposite the jewelry store in Vice Point. Tommy Vercetti is employed by Mr. Black to kill Hammond and his fellow gang members.
