Tom Pireni is an unseen character in Grand Theft Auto IV.

History

Background

Tom is the LCPD's Commissioner for Public Affairs in 2008.

In articles on the Liberty Tree, he usually defends the unpopular actions related to police brutality in Liberty City, being a proponent for quick and violent action in response to "unsafe" public behavior.^[1][2]
