In the mission Roman's Sorrow, Roman Bellic asks Mallorie if she has any cousins that could lend him an apartment in Bohan, to which Mallorie replies that her cousin has one in South Bohan.

It is likely that the cousin resides in South Bohan just like Mallorie.
