The Apple is a Consumable Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was introduced in Season 4.

Functionality

Apple instantly heals the player for 5 Health

Apple can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed it will ping its location to squad-mates.

Apple can be used while moving.
