The Lorca (ロルカ, Roruka) were a Sacean tribe mentioned in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade.
Overview
The Lorca were a minor Sacaen tribe, and Lyn's tribe by birth. Her father Hassar, the Lorca tribe chieftain, once had a romance with Caelin noblewoman Madelyn, who eloped to live with him on the plains, where she gave birth to their daughter.
One night, the Taliver Bandits from the Bern/Sacae border poisoned the Lorca's water supply and massacred the tribe. Only ten members of the tribe survived. The remaining tribesmen refused to follow Lyn, and left her alone on the plains.
It is implied that the Lorca tribe, compared to the other tribes of Sacae, was not as powerful or well known, even before the bandit attack. Guy, a fellow Sacaen and member of the Kutolah tribe, admits that he has never heard of the tribe in a support conversation with Rath. Rath himself had assumed that there had been no survivors of the tribe after the bandit attack until he met Lyn.
The massacre of the Lorca was eventually avenged by Wallace, who traveled to the Taliver Bandit hideout and wiped them out himself. He tells Lyn that he did this because he did not want her to live for revenge. Though she's its last survivor, Lyn makes no attempt to rebuild the Lorca tribe in any of her endings.
