Kevin is Fred's bully and the main antagonist of the Fred series. He is friends with Diesel and was once Judy's boyfriend. He is portrayed by Jake Weary in the Fred: The Movie trilogy, Fred: The Show, and It's Fred!.
In the movie trilogy, his full name is revealed to be Kevin Libo. In the show, his name is also Kevin Dawg.
Physical Appearance
In the web series, Kevin is described by Fred to be overweight and sweaty. This is likely an exaggeration or slander drawn from Fred and Kevin's rivalry. This is also reflected in a drawing of him Fred had created, which additionally implies that he has dark brown hair.
In the films and the show, he has light brown hair and blue eyes. Kevin typically wears a baseball cap. In the show, he begins to wear items that has an embroidered 'K' more often.
In the animated series, he has short red hair, freckles, and gray eyes. He usually wears a red and white polo shirt and blue shorts.
History
In the web series, he is an offscreen character that typically bullies Fred alongside Judy. He often manages to find a way inside Fred's home and bothers him there as well until Fred screams at him to get out.
In the movies and the show, he is more fleshed out as a character and with additional details on his family and background. His parents are divorced and he lives with his mom who has appeared in the first two movies and in the show. He also has a younger sister named Thalia who appeared in the second movie. It has also been revealed in the TV show that Kevin and Fred used to be childhood best friends, a stark contrast from their history on the original web series.
Personality
In the web series, Kevin seems to be an obnoxious kid who always makes an effort to bully Fred for whatever he's doing, whether it be swimming (Fred Goes Swimming) or camping inside his own house (Fred Goes Camping).
In the movies and the show, he appears to be more hot-headed and confrontational. He acts more arrogantly, though his actions suggest that he is dimwitted. He is more athletic than his previous incarnation and has a skill in singing. It is also revealed in "Evil Fred, Part 2" that Kevin has an interest in expressing his feelings through writing poetry and like's unicorns but is vehemently against showing a softer or vulnerable side of himself.
