Chatter is a camper at Camp Iwannapeepee and one of Fred's cabin mates. Despite his name, he does not speak until the end of the movie.
Physical appearance
Chatter has short blond hair and blue eyes. He always has a pair of black headphones, which he puts around his neck when he's not using them.
History
Chatter is known for being very quiet and rarely talking. He has spent three summers at Camp Iwannapeepee. Magoo and the gang thought he never spoke until Fred came to camp and got him to come out of his shell. At the end of the movie, Chatter reveals that he can talk when he sings: "Oh, yeah! Camp Iwannapeepee...is the greatest summer camp in the world!"
Despite being silent most of the time, Chatter is actually the jokester of Fred's cabin mates. He can burp and fart the alphabet, both of which his mother taught him (Fred correctly guesses that she must be very proud of her son).
Spoon and Chatter both have romantic feelings for each other, but because of Chatter's long-standing silence, neither of them knew their feelings were requited. After Chatter finally speaks, they kiss at the end of the movie and become a couple.
