Notes
- Horn Seal triggers before after combat Specials such as
Galeforce and Røkkr AoE Specials. - Cooldown count changes from skills that activate at the same time as Horn Seal (after combat) are not considered in Horn Seal's conditions. Skills such as
Special Spiral 4, 
Time's Pulse 4, and 
Pulse Smog will have their effects stack. - The Fortifying Horn dropped by Horn Seal is lost after the current Resonant Battles attempt, and cannot be saved up for another attempt or an Arena Assault+ run.
