Bugs
If the Institute is not hostile to the player character and P.A.M. randomly assigns a Variable Removal quest to eliminate a Courser at the Poseidon Energy plant, Cutty may become non-hostile even if the player character attacks and kills all of the raiders in the location.[verified]
