Gaff is a raider living in the Commonwealth in 2287. He is in charge of the raider group operating from the Shamrock Taphouse.
Background
The raiders of the Shamrock Taphouse were once independent before raider boss Bosco of D.B. Technical High School set his eyes on controlling all of downtown Boston's raiders. Bosco sent his subordinates Cleaver and Torque to take the taphouse for himself. The former jammed the locks of the taphouse before the latter unleashed his hounds on the unsuspecting raiders. Those who survived accepted a deal from Bosco and agreed to fall under his control, with Gaff now leading the group in the stead of his rabies-infected, mascot head-wearing master.[1] The taphouse's gang was among the last Bosco needed to assert his full control over the area's raiders. After it, all he needed was Back Street Apparel to complete his downtown raider empire.[2]
