The Parlor is a location in Nuka-World in 2287.
Background
The Parlor was a pre-War dining establishment in Nuka-Town USA. It was a dinner theater where guests were treated to performances by a troupe called the Nuka-World Players.[1] The group put on productions such as "The Best Little Nuka-House in Boston" and "A Soft Drink Named Desire."[2] The signature menu item was the spicy Nuka-Blast burger.[1] Considered to be one of the more expensive, high-end experiences in the park, the restaurant suffered from a poor visitor turnaround rate.[3]
At some point after the Great War, Mags Black and her Operators occupied the structure, and by 2287, the restaurant had become their base of operations.
Layout
Beyond the entrance is a small reception area. Through the doors to the northeast is the main dining area, with a stage at the southeast end; Mags and William Black are usually found here. A small barracks room containing five beds is off the northern corner of the dining area. Mags and William's room with her Expert-locked terminal is behind a Master-locked door on the southwest side of the stage, and a small storage room featuring an employee terminal is on the northeast side.
Northeast of the dining area is the kitchen, which sports a chemistry station and a cooking stove. Connected to the kitchen is a workshop containing a weapons workbench and an armor workbench; Lizzie Wyath is typically found here, along with her Novice-locked terminal.

Behind the scenes
The four plays listed in the employees terminal are all references to real-world plays. The Phantom of the Nuka is a reference to The Phantom of the Opera, The Best Little Nuka-House in Boston is a reference to The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, A Soft Drink Named Desire is a reference to A Streetcar Named Desire, and Fizzy Robb, The Quantum-Maker of Sweet-Street is a reference to Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Aside from their similar names, the plots also mirror the real-world plays, albeit Nuka-themed and family friendly.

The Parlor wasn't just a dinner theater. It also hosted one of the park's most sought-after events, the Bottle and Cappy Show. The show was so popular, tickets would sell out months in advance. With its brightly-colored design and delicious burgers and fries, it's no surprise Cappy's Cafe was hugely popular with kids. The cafe was best known for its super-spicy Nuka-Blast Burger, which was so hot it was nicknamed 'the A-bomb on a bun.' On the park's busiest days, the line to get into the cafe was said to stretch all the way to Fizztop Mountain!"
