Background
Bull is an associate of Vadim Bobrov and is not overly concerned about the ethics when making money. Inciting or participating in violence, kidnapping, or simply throwing a bar brawl are not below him; actually losing such a fight will hurt his ego however.

Confidence Man: Bull, together with Gouger, is hired by Vadim Bobrov to throw a fight with Travis Miles to boost his confidence. Vadim's failure to pay swiftly sees him taken hostage to Beantown Brewery, where Bull can ultimately be killed by the Sole Survivor and Travis.

Notes
Bull can be killed during, or immediately after, the bar fight without anyone becoming hostile. However, Vadim Bobrov will express his distress at this outcome upon talking to him.
