The Kingdom of Argonia is a castle town and location in Dragon Quest VIII.
Synopsis
The party goes to Argonia with the Hero seeming familiar to King Clavius. The party asks him for the Magic Mirror and he's willing to let them borrow it if they help his son, Prince Charmles, with his initiation. The party agree.
After returning from the intitation the Bazaar opens up where the prince finds a large Argon Heart. He buys it and lets the party have the remaining Argon hearts. After the prince's return celebration, the king confronts the party about seeing what happened at the bazaar. The hero gives him the largest argon heart they acquired and the king is saddened that the size of the argon didn't matter. He allows the party to take the magic mirror. The appraiser notes that there's no magic in the mirror but it can be recharged with the proper magic. The man who knew the magic would be residing in the Mystical Springs.
You can also access a secret dungeon known as the Troll Maze after the Black Citadel appears.
