Dragon Quest V
The battle axe has an attack bonus of +45. Can be bought for 4,000 gold in Stockenbarrel and sold for 3,000. Sancho, Brownie, Eliminator, Gigantes, and Orc King can equip it.
Dragon Quest VI
Has attack bonus of +49 and a style bonus of +15. Can be bought in Arkbolt, Clearvale, Swanstone, and Turnscote for 4,300 gold. They can be sold for 3,225 gold. Axesauruses and Tyrantosauruses drop them. The Hero, Carver, Amos, Terry, and Lizzie can equip them.
Dragon Quest VII
The battleaxe has an attack bonus of +49 and an appearance bonus of +15. It can be equipped by the Hero, Kiefer, and Aishe. They can be bought for 6,500 gold and sold for 3,250 gold.
Dragon Quest VIII
The battle-axe has an attack bonus of +45. It can only be equipped by Yangus. They can be bought for 4,300 gold in Argonia and sold for 2,150 gold.
