Torga (ラッカル Rakkaru) is a villain appearing in Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy. He is a hen-like warrior who scours the forest alongside Susha and Mamba.

A Hero's Legacy

From Mamba's house, Torga chases Goku Jr. with Susha and Mamba for a while until they all run into Lord Yao. After Goku Jr. becomes a Super Saiyan and defeats Lord Yao, Torga and the other monsters are frightened by his power and run away.

- Shapeshifting – Torga uses shapeshifting to turn himself into a candle in Mamba's house.

- His Japanese name is a pun on the words "Rakka", which means fall or falling, and "Sagaru", meaning "To hang/drop". ラッカル can also be read as "Rasseru", Japanese for "Russell", meaning "red-haired".
- His English name is likely a reference to Torgo, from the horror movie Manos: The Hands of Fate.
