Connie (コニー Konī) is a character from the 2005 series, only appearing on The Genius Nobita's Airship Amusement Park.
Story
Her parents created a park named Connie Park specifically for Connie. It became one of the best amusement parks until it lost customers and they were forced to close it down.
While wandering with her time machine, a notebook falls over her head. Because of that notebook, she sparked an idea to make an airship amusement park. She named it Nobi Dog Park.
Connie quickly invited Nobita and his friends inside. Unknowingly, Putera sneaks inside with the help of his powers.

She was seen as very energetic and cheerful in the episode. She is also forgetful like Nobita.
