Boss Moxie

Boss Moxie Mannheim was the founder of Intergang and the father of Bruno Mannheim. After Moxie was arrested by the Newsboy Legion, his son Bruno took over of the organization. When he was released, he teamed up with Dabney Donovan to clone himself and took control of the Metropolis underworld. He disposed of rival bosses like Vincent Edge and was eventually killed by Superboy Prime during the Battle of Metropolis.

Boss Moxie was created by Karl Kesel, first appearing in Guardians of Metropolis #1 (1994).
