Paul Westfield

Paul Westfield is an executive director of Project Cadmus. He is ruthlessly unethical and constantly abuses his position of power with little regard for human life. It was originally believed that Superboy was created using Superman and Westfield's DNA. Eventually Westfield was murdered by Dabney Donovan. Paul Westfield was created by Dan Jurgens, first appearing in Superman (Volume 2) #58. (1991)
