Faction Introduction is a level 3 quest given by the Faction Advisor in Rookie Harbor - Seeker Hub.

Beginning this quest is a prerequisite for all four Rookie Harbor faction quest chains, which start with the quests Small Time Delivery, Digging for Data, Sickly Trees, and Petty Crime Hunter. It is not necessary to complete this quest in order to begin the faction quest chains.

Tasks

Visit the 4 factions in Rookie Harbor
- Visit the FD HQ southwest of the Market
- Visit the RHG HQ near the western exit
- Visit the CTC ambassador at the Seeker HUB
- Visit the FoA HQ at the Market
Report back to the Faction Advisor in the Seeker HUB
