Jackson Wang

Jackson Wang (Chinese: 王嘉尔; Korean: 잭슨왕) is a Hong Kongese singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer under RYCE Entertainment and 88rising. He is a member of the South Korean Musican boy group GOT7 and Chinese hip-hop project group PANTHEPACK.

He made his solo debut on August 26, 2017, with the digital single "Papillon".

Career

2014: GOT7

On January 1, he was announced as one of the members of a new JYP Entertainment South Korean boy group.[1] The group made their official debut as GOT7 on January 20, with the mini-album Got It?.

2017: Team Wang, solo debut with "Papillon"

In 2017, he announces the formation of his solo company Team Wang under SUBLIME.[2]

On August 26, he made his solo debut with the digital single "Papillon".

2021: Departure from JYP Entertainment, PANTHEPACK

On January 11, it was announced that he and the other members of GOT7 would depart from JYP Entertainment after the conclusion of their exclusive contracts.[3]

On August 25, he was revealed as a member of the Chinese hip-hop project group PANTHEPACK.[4] The group made their debut on April 16, with the digital single "DNA".
