“ | A stampede of spirits moves down the track, crushing bloons they pass. | ” |
~ Trample |

Trample is the D3 spell of Corvus's magical spells. It can be accessed via the Spellbook. It is represented by an upside-down trident symbol with an arrow pointing upwards, with each "prong" filled with a circle.
Trample creates a stampede of spirits that charges from the back of the track to the front, with behavior resembling Sauda's Sword Charge ability, with 15 damage, 150 pierce. If used while the Echo spell is active, it creates a stampede from the front to the back, similar to as if the track was in Reverse Mode. Trample can pop all bloon types except Camo Bloons if there is no external camo detection. Cooldown of 45 seconds.
Trample's effectiveness increases with levels. At Level 10-17, increasing damage to 40 and pierce to 300. Level 18+ further increases damage to 130 and pierce to 800.
It costs 180 Mana. He unlocks it at Level 4.
Strategy
Summary
Use the Trample when needing to clear waves of bloons to the back. Its purpose and attack behavior is very similar to that for Sauda's Sword Charge. As such, it should be used for cleanup. In terms of synergies with its spells, additional spells specific to the spirit won't be disabled, but the spirit's movement is modified to only follow the track.
Be careful when using Trample on multi-lane maps, because unlike Sauda, Corvus will not spawn multiple copies of the spirit across all lanes, only the lane with the furthest bloon along the track. As such, Trample is not recommended on simultaneous-lane maps, but quite helpful on maps with only one active lane per round.
Tips
- Trample is very similar to Sauda's Sword Charge. It alters the direction of the spirit's main attacks in exchange for riding a magic horse to trample the bloons. Use it for clearing out crowds of bloons for cleanup purposes.
- Unlike Sauda, Trample does not disable the spirit-specific spells. Trample just forces the positioning of the spirit to follow along the track. Also unlike Sauda, Trample will not spawn copies of itself on maps with multiple exits but will instead follow the path that has bloons closest to the exit.
- Haste can be used to speed up the spirit under Trample spell.
- If used while camo detection was active, such as via Vision, the Trample's trampling attack will detect Camo.
