Vest

Vest is a garrison of the Lady's Empire somewhere north of the Tower at Charm and south of Forsberg province. It may be in the province known as the Salient, or in the region south of the Salient that seems to contain Elm, Rye, Wist, Jane, and Wine.

Vest was visited during Shadow Games by the Lady and her escort, the last 6 members of the haggard Black Company (Croaker, One-Eye, Goblin, Otto, Hagop, and Murgen) after the Battle of the Barrowland. After entering Vest, they turned over to the garrison their captives, the surviving 23 Forsberger-speaking bandits of the gang which had earlier ambushed the Imperial proconsul known as the Falcon of Rail.
