Arachne
Description
Arachne is a monster that appears during the Level Two: Entry Mission. She has the ability to change her appearance to someone the player misses most or feels close to. After successfully tricking the player, Arachne will then devour the spirits of the player.
Appearance
Arachne's natural appearance is a slim woman with dark blue hair and jet black eyes. Her tongue has a black spider on it and she wears a long black dress with a large slit on her left leg. She has black nail polish and black lipstick.
As the Version Nightmare, Arachne's hair grows much longer, and instead she has black colored eyes with purple pupils.
Powers and Abilities
Arachne has the power to undergo various changes to her appearance to fit the nightmare of a player. Her face warps into the face of someone the player misses most or feels close to, allowing her to trick the player and confuse them. Arachne's left eye encloses the energy for her to release her Version Nightmare. After a player destroys her eye, Arachne can release her Version Nightmare powers which has the ability to show a player their own nightmare.[1]
Core
In order to kill Arachne, the player must destroy her energy core. Her core is located in the wall behind Arachne, in which she stands in place to guard.
Respawn
While it is possible to kill Arachne, it is not possible to completely destroy her. After successfully killing Arachne, it only takes her one week to respawn and resurrect herself.

Trivia
- Arachne can only show a player a nightmare in which they remember. Any memory loss will not return when Arachne shows them a vision. This is shown when she failed to show Alex a complete vision of his nightmare.
