Yo-kai Watch
Tie-red appears in EP168, when he suddenly crashes Nate and his friends' sleepover by causing Bear and Eddie to feel homesick and to leave early. Upon being scanned by Nate, he causes Jibanyan to feel homesick and leave Nate's house with all his stuff. Later, Hidabat, the pair of Slippys, and Tomnyan do the same, and the next day, Nate and Jerry feel lonely and downtrodden. However, upon returning from class in the afternoon, all of Nate's Yo-kai residents and Tomnyan have returned. Tie-red then gives Nate his Yo-kai Medal.
Etymology
Tie-red's design is based around a pun on kaeritai (帰りたい, "I wanna go home") and the English tie.
Tie-red's English name is a corruption on the word "Tired" with "Tie" referencing his appearance.
"Corbapacasa" combines "Corbata" (Tie) with the phrase "Pa' la casa" (Goin' to the house).
Trivia
- Tie-red's "random" nicknames are: Eren, Ty, Tyson and Tyrone.
