Nate who carefully checks his appearance from the morning and decides on his face. That should be it, and today is Nate's birthday. "Spoilerina", a Yo-kai who thinks that Katie is planning a birthday party for herself and expects it, but who will make you spoiler whatever appears there. Nate, who doesn't want to hear the surprise, summons various Yo-kai friends to try to prevent from any spoilers.
It's a Tour of the Chocobar Factory, Jibanyan!
Jibanyan went out with Whisper to buy chocobars. But shortly after he left home, he was sent flying by a truck. Jibanyan and Whisper decided to follow the truck that sent them flying to a factory as it was when they realized that the truck was from the Chocobar factory. Yo-kai work part-time at the factory, and Jibanyan, who wants to work in the factory as a "chocolatier", is recommended to visit the factory by the factory director.
Though Nate celebrates his birthday in the episode, the date is never explicitly revealed. Despite that, the fandom considers this episode's airdate (June 18) to be Nate's birthday.
The Chocobar fillings in the factory are shown to be in a rice-like texture rather than a wafer. This matches up with the real-life Chocobar product.
This is the first episode to use Jibanyan's Paws of Fury animation from the original Yo-kai Watch anime series.
