The Gaur (English dub: /ˈɡaʊər/) are a race of beings in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are Skell-sized living weapons created by the Ganglion. A number of Gaur, including Rock, were used to attack a Qlurian village, killing many people. Rock defected and took Celica with him. Rock is the only Gaur to appear in-game. He is first met along with Celica in Noctilum during Manhunt, and becomes a construction worker in New Los Angeles after New in New LA.
