Attack Plus (Japanese: 攻撃力強化, Kōgekiryoku Kyōka) is a Gem in Xenoblade Chronicles and Future Connected that increases the maximum Attack of weapons. Increasing a weapon's maximum Attack will also increase the maximum damage for Auto-Attacks, Talent, Physical and Ether Arts, but will have no effect on Healing Arts.
Due to a quirk in programming, the actual damage inflicted by a weapon cannot exceed its minimum + 99. As a result, weapons with a large difference between minimum and maximum damage may receive little or no benefit from this gem, unless the minimum attack is also raised by use of Attack Stability gems. This quirk has been fixed in the Definitive Edition, and the issue does not happen anymore.
