
A grouper is a medium-sized species of fish. Originally they were only found through fishing, but mobs were added during the Cataclysm expansion. The highest concentration of groupers can be found in Vashj'ir, but they have a presence throughout the world.

Bloodtail Groupers can be found in the Blackfathom Deeps.
Bloodthirsty Razorfins can be found in the south of alternate Shadowmoon Valley.
Cattail Groupers and Enormous Cattail Grouper can be found in Cattail Lake in the Valley of the Four Winds.
Dangerfishs and Fiendishfishs are found in Darkshore. They are possibly the same species as the edible
[Darkshore Grouper].
Dreadmaw Groupers are found in the south-east of the Dread Wastes.
Golden Stonefishes are found in Thunder Ridge, after it was flooded during the Cataclysm.
Glittergill Groupers and Luxscale Groupers are found in Kelp'thar Forest.
Landlocked Groupers are found in the Infectis Scar, in the Eastern Plaguelands.
Mirefin Gars can be found on the west coast of Spires of Arak.
Nibblefin Groupers can be found in the northern section of the Gilded Fan in the Valley of the Four Winds.
Razorfins and Razorfin Bloodfrenzies can be found in the shores of alternate Draenor.
Shadowmoon Darters can be found in the north of alternate Shadowmoon Valley.
Shallow Groupers are found in the south-west of Krasarang Wilds.
Snapjaw Groupers are brown groupers found in the Shimmering Expanse.
Tiny Bluefins are living in a pool in Spires of Arak center.
Zangar frenzies are living in the Zangar Sea.
