Ran-rah is the Runic of water.

Personality

Ran-rah is sarcastic and rude. In the Nune-Boreal tournament, he was always bickering with Irma, and couldn't seem to take her jokes. Like the other Runics, he is extremely aggressive.^[1]

Powers and abilities

Also, like the rest of the Runics, his power of water is greatly diminished when compared to his Guardian counterpart, furthermore his use of what little power he has is not particularly creative as Irma defeated him with very minimal effort.^[1]
