The OT-62 TOPAS-2AP is an armored personnel carrier that is used by Poland and was first introduced in Wargame: European Escalation, in AirLand Battle it was renamed TOPAS-2AP.
History
TOPAS-2AP was equipped with a WAT turret equipped with a 14.5 mm KPVT heavy machine gun and 7.62 mm SGMT. The crew increased to three and the personal carried decreased sixteen to twelve because of the turret taking up space.
These were used in the tracked Mechanized Regiments before being replaced by BWP-1 first in the Armored Divisions then Mechanized Infantry Divisions along with the Marines Regiments of the 7th Lusatian Landing Division/7th Łużycka Coastal Defence Brigade
