PSAM is a Japanese Anti-Aircraft team that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History
The Type 91 is the replacement of the American FIM-92 Stinger Missiles in Japanese service. The Type 91's infra-red seeker were in development in 1979 at the Technical Research and Development Institute. In 1982 Japanese Self Defense Force was looking for a replacement for the FIM-92 Stingers with the development deferred until 1987 and finish development in 1990. Type 91 mostly replaced Stingers in 2009. These were mainly used to provide air defense to field units.
