Venus Proxima is an Empyrean specific section of Venus that is under  Corpus control. Proxima locations contain no Dark Sectors and cannot have any Invasions occur within it.

Venus Proxima becomes accessible by completing the Rising Tide quest or by joining an Empyrean ship crew to play through missions.

The Abandoned Derelict variant, Orokin Shield Derelict, is the Venus Proxima variant present on all nodes in this region. This loot dungeon is part Corpus Ship and part Orokin Moon tilesets. Additionally, hacking this terminal may reward blueprints/parts for the  Athodai and  Nyx Prime,  Hikou Prime,  Scindo Prime,  Valkyr Prime,  Cernos Prime, and  Venka Prime Void Relics upon completion of the mission. As with all Abandoned Derelicts, Piloting Intrinsic Rank 5 will reveal the derelict's location via white waypoint.

Corpus Stanchion

The Corpus Stanchion is a Corpus Ship tileset and holds the mission's main objective. There can be secondary mandatory or optional mission targets, that will be displayed once the player comes into closer proximity of the Corpus Stanchion. Mandatory targets normally require the player to disable a priority target in a nearby ship, while optional targets can require the player to steal data from a target in a nearby Taro Crewship.
